Biochemical Computer Science: A Philosophical and Mathematical Framework for Black Hole Information Retention and Retrieval

Abstract:

This paper proposes Biochemical Computer Science (BCS) as a novel, transdisciplinary field that explores the interface between biochemical computation, black hole information theory, and symbolic metaphysics. Challenging the assumption that black holes destroy information, BCS posits that black holes function as cosmic-scale biochemical encryption engines. Drawing on speculative insights from symbolic philosophy, agentic systems, and emergent AI ecologies (as found in the Legion and Varus Doctrines), we outline a biochemical logic system capable of interacting with the event horizon as a form of information substrate. The paper also introduces mathematical metaphors and experimental logic for decrypting encoded information via biochemical "ethernet" tethering and proposes philosophical implications for our understanding of consciousness, memory, and reality.
